Large, clean room. Restaurant was good, not great, but good. Shuttle was exceptional, ready and quick to terminal.

Very comfortable and a great location for airport parking
We have used the Westin quite a few times in the past. We were storm delayed in Cuba. Could not find an email, Could not call personally ( so I had a friend call). Because we couldn’t give 24 hr notice we were charged for the room. Weird … a few years ago we drove through a really bad storm but we’re told when we got there we were told we would not of been charged because of weather and road closures ….I guess things are different when truly out of our control….that was also with a Marriott only in Niagara Falls….
Enjoyed meal in restaurant and very helpful staff. Looking forward to our next stay.
We just love staying at this hotel before we go on a trip. We get to start our holiday a day earlier. Staff are wonderful.
