Beds confortable / room clean and shuttle and park and fly had good service

Room was clean and spacious. Restaurant was adequate though we went to another a short distance away for gluten-free options. An airport shuttle at 3:30 a.m, went very smoothly (the main reason we chose to stay at the place) and 7 days free parking was a nice feature. Would happily stay there again.

This was the easiest park/fly/stay we have used in many ways but there was a problem. Our stay was on our return, arriving to the hotel around 1130 on a Saturday. Unfortunately their computer system went down, and there were problems for the staff trying to figure out which rooms were occupied and which were available. However, the staff diligently worked the problem, and while it took the better part of an hour to sort it out, we wound up with a suite which made up for it. Kudos to the staff for not losing their cool, like some of the customers did. We\'d stay again.

The check-in was amazing very friendly and accommodating the room was clean and up to date check out was the best, friendly and courteous
