My stay was very good at the Courtyard by Marriott San Francisco. The front desk people were very nice and provided excellent service as well as providing my shuttle to the SFO airport.

Stay was very nice. I was told at the desk that I should have made a parking reservation in advance when using points to book. However when I had called they said just to tell them at the front desk. Fortunately they honored what I had been told. A communication issue exists somewhere.

The property is adjacent to the freeway but noise was not a problem. The room was clean and adequate for our overnight stay and multi day parking was straightforward.

My room was clean, spacious, and welcoming. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. My coffee drink in the morning was just what I needed to start my day. It was close to one of my favorite restaurants...BJs Restaurant. And it was close to SFO for my Uber driver to get me to the pier for my cruise. I also liked being able to leave my car while I was on my cruise and not worry about it.

Wonderfully run with great employees

Nice, clean hotel. The people were all friendly and helpful. Only one elevator and it is a big walk for some rooms. Comfy bed and clean bathroom. Good wifi.

Great place and close proximity to SFO. Great staff from the front desk to the shuttle driver!
