Hotel staff were excellent in accommodating my needs and troubleshooting issues that arose.
The room was great. The internet worked well and I was able to participate in a work zoom. I opted for a stay and park and my car was safe while traveling. Around 11 pm someone knocked, but I assumed it was on a nearby door until someone let themselves in. I had used the security latch so they did not get all the way in, but it awoke me and was quite unsettling. While checking out in the morning I was told they had checked me in under the wrong name and needed to charge my card. I explained what had happened the night prior and got not explanation or apology beyond telling me they checked me in under the wrong room.

I was traveling out of the country and needed to stay near the airport because of an early leaving time. I also needed a place to park my car while gone. I have stayed at some places very near Seatac and the area is getting a little run down. I have driven by the Southcenter Double Tree driving by it so decided to give it a try. I was met at the door by a friendly staff and after checking in was given one of the best chocolate chip cookies ever. My night was comfortable and they got me to the airport with plenty of time

I felt welcomed and listened to. Originally I had booked a park And room and I ended up not bringing a car. He fixed the accommodation. When I said I needed assistance with my luggage since I had a walker; he personally brought my suitcase to my room. I don’t find that very often. The next morning I came down for the shuttle and mentioned I needed to go to the upper departure area. I was listened to and treated with respect not just a bother. Suberb service all the way! Definitely will return!

Very nice stay and the staff went out of the way to make sure our stay was comfortable. When the shuttle didn’t arrive the front desk manager paid with his personal card for an Uber pick up so we would not be late. It was very appreciated. The breakfast was tasty.
We flew in at 2 am and was worried about noisy in the morning which would interrupt my sleep. No problem - the location was quiet and never heard any noise sleeping until 11:30. Thank you Hilton!
The waiter at restaurant was great. But my steak was too tough to eat. I did pay for it as I don\'t want cause any issue. (for a rib eye it was bad, I took two bites. The veggies side was good) I order a sandwich to go as I was still hungry. The sandwich was good. So basically my sandwich cost me 75 dollars.
We stayed here overnight and planned to leave our car for 10 days and have them take our party to the airport using their 24 hour shuttle. We did this specifically because snow was forecasted for the area and we live 50 miles to the north of SeaTac. We checked in the night before and set a 5:00 am shuttle time making note that we had 3 adults and 6 bags. Long story short, they DON'T have a 24 hour shuttle. They rely on taxis to take their guests to the airport. The taxi waiting for us at 5 am was a van and already had loaded 2 adults and their bags, no room for us! A second taxi never showed up as promised numerous times, we ended up driving ourselves to the airport and ultimately missing our plane! Oh, I didn't mention, it was Christmas!! Do not stay here! They fasley advertise a 24 hour shuttle!!
Close to the airport. Reasonable price. Nice rooms. Friendly staff. Good place to park your car with one week free then $10 per night. Can’t beat that. We’ll Make this our go to for traveling when we need to stay the night to catch an early flight.
We just needed an overnight stay and this was the perfect hotel. Close to the airport but you couldn’t hear any airplane noises. Very clean, several hand sanitizer stations and safe social distancing measures. Rooms were very nice and well stocked.
This hotel is a hidden gem. It is new, clean and the staff are great. I will be staying here again.
The room was very comfortable, everything was clean and nice looking. However, the shuttle was cancelled without any notice and the listing included breakfast, but when we arrived the attendant said our booking did not include breakfast. We had to pay over $20 for a taxi and did not get breakfast.

Hotel close to airport, transport to and from airport excellent.
A little noisy being close to the airport. The people upstairs we\'re up at 3 am and the floors don\'t have carpet so that woke us up. The floors our tile which makes for much cleaner and more sanitary. The staff including the shuttle driver , housekeeping, maintenance and the clerks were very friendly and went out of their way to assist us in every need. I can not say enough about them and what great attitudes and hard workers as they were very busy.

Staff is excellent. You can tell it's an older facility but as long as you remember your not at a resort this should meet your expectation.
